Operation Steps

1. Download and sign up the app

2. Insert a Micro SD card

3. Connect the device to the socket

4. Reset the device (Very Important)

5. Add advice through app

a. Select Wi-Fi Mode

b. Select AP Mode

c. Connect to 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi network

d. Connect to the device’s hotspot (the key to setup)

e. Wait for pairing the device

6. According to your needs, set the functions through the app

Trouble Shooting:

Q: Why can’t I turn on the camera? And there is no lights on.

A: There is no built-rechargeable battery. The camera needs to be connected to the socket to work.

Q: The camera records video, but no audio.

A: This camera does not record audio.

Q: Why can’t the camera record video, I can only view the live stream?

A: The camera needs to be inserted with a Micro SD card (supports up to 128GB) to record video locally. If you can only view the live stream, please check whether the card is inserted or whether the card is correctly recognized.

Q: How do I know that the Micro SD card is correctly recognized?

A: Through the APP settings, check whether there is a “Storage setting” and “Format” page.

Q: Does it have night vision function?

A: No.

Q: Where do I go to view the recorded video?

A: Micro SD card can be read through card readers and other devices such as computers.
